Core Game Experience

Babble Clash does not require an account, email address, or password for the core game experience. Game activity such as current rounds, scores, settings, and local history may be stored on your device so the game can work as expected.

The current Babble Clash website does not provide public profiles, public comments, reviews, public posts, or social feeds.

Match Links and Shared Game Data

Babble Clash includes a Play a Friend mode where players send match links to each other. These links may include encoded match or round data, scores, player display names, and reply-routing details such as a phone number or email address when provided, needed to open the correct game and send a reply. Encoding is not encryption.

Anyone who receives a match link may be able to open that match flow, so only share match links with people you intend to play with. The website may read the match-link data in the URL so it can open Babble Clash with the right match information.

Information You Send to Us

If you contact us by email, request support, or ask about school or district use, we may receive your email address, name, organization, and the contents of your message. We use that information to respond to you, provide support, and discuss Babble Clash.

We may also send replies, product updates, or related Babble Clash communications if you have contacted us or asked to receive information. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications.

App Stores and Platform Services

When you download Babble Clash from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may process information related to downloads, purchases, device identifiers, diagnostics, reviews, or store activity under their own privacy policies.

Babble Clash may also rely on normal device and platform features, such as sharing a match link through Messages or another app you choose. Information handled by those third-party apps is controlled by their own privacy practices.

Firebase Analytics

Versions of the Babble Clash app that include Google Analytics for Firebase can collect app-usage information to help us understand how the app is used and improve it. This may include app launches, sessions, interactions, app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, language, and approximate geographic information derived from network information. In iOS versions offering Analytics choices, Analytics is off until you choose Allow Analytics. You can turn it off again using Analytics choices on the title screen, where you select Play Solo or Play a Friend. Analytics reports are separate from game data stored on your device, and your choice does not affect gameplay, scores, or match history.

We do not intentionally send player names, phone numbers, email addresses, or match-link contents to Analytics as custom event data. Google processes Analytics information under its applicable terms and privacy practices. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps and sites that use its services.

Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics in supported app versions to find and fix crashes and stability problems. Crash reports can include crash stack traces, diagnostic information, app version, device model, operating-system version, timestamps, and installation identifiers. When Analytics is enabled, reports may also include automatically recorded app-event breadcrumbs that help explain activity before a crash. We do not intentionally add player contact details or match-link contents to crash reports.

Diagnostic collection is enabled in the current iOS integration. Google describes the information processed by Crashlytics, its retention practices, and processing locations in its Firebase privacy and security documentation.

Advertising with Google AdMob

Supported versions of Babble Clash display banner and interstitial ads using Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, approximate location, device and app information, advertising or other device identifiers where available and permitted, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information. This information is used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, and, when permitted by your choices and applicable requirements, personalize ads.

The iOS app does not request access to precise device location. Ad partners' practices and the available purposes and partners are explained in the consent interface where shown. See Google's advertising information and Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures for more information.

Advertising Consent and Your Choices

We use Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising choices where required, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Where the consent message applies, you can choose Consent, Do not consent, or Manage options. When available, use Ad privacy choices in the app to review or change your advertising choices and withdraw consent. These choices do not change your saved scores or match history.

On iOS, you can allow or deny the tracking permission prompt and later change your choice in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Denying tracking permission does not remove ads or stop all data processing: contextual or limited ads and essential ad delivery, security, or diagnostic processing may still occur. Advertising consent and Apple's tracking permission are separate controls.

Advertising choices and Analytics choices are separate. Allowing Analytics does not authorize advertising tracking. Use Analytics choices in supported iOS versions to allow or turn off Firebase Analytics; crash diagnostics remain enabled separately to help fix crashes. Turning off Analytics stops future Analytics collection but does not automatically delete information already processed. Contact us with privacy questions or requests. Deleting the app may remove its local game data, but does not automatically delete information already processed by Google, advertising partners, your chosen messaging service, or us.

Children and Schools

Babble Clash is a word game that may be used in quick practice or educational contexts. The public website is intended for general visitors, parents, educators, and players. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through the website.

Educators, schools, or districts that want to evaluate Babble Clash can contact us to discuss their environment and any privacy requirements before broader use.

Information Sharing

We share information with service providers such as Google for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising as described above; with messaging or other platforms you choose; and where needed to respond to a valid legal request, protect security, or support Babble Clash. We do not sell lists of player contact details. Advertising-related disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; available advertising choices are described above. We do not claim that advertising data remains only on your device.

Retention and International Processing

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or removed, subject to your device's backup and restore settings. Shared match links and messages may remain with their recipients or messaging providers. We retain support communications as needed to respond to requests and maintain relevant business records. Analytics, diagnostic, and advertising information is retained according to the applicable service settings and provider retention practices; it is not necessarily deleted when you remove the app.

Google and other providers may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Their privacy documentation explains applicable processing and transfer safeguards. Website hosting providers may also process normal request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. The app SDK disclosures above do not mean those SDKs run on this privacy-policy page.

Security

Babble Clash website pages and Avocado Toast Co services use HTTPS where applicable. We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive, but no web, mobile, email, or platform service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Account or Data Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To ask about these rights, app telemetry, or support information, contact info@avocadotoastco.com. We may need additional information to verify and locate a request because the core game does not use a Babble Clash account. Please do not send passwords or private match links. You may also contact your local data protection authority where applicable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Babble Clash or its service providers change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above.
